Short breaks are available in off and low season periods. Its possible they may also be available at short notice in mid and peak periods. See availability calendar - if we haven’t sold the accommodation we’d prefer to let it than have it empty !
Short breaks are charged at 2/3 weekly rate. Discounts may apply for parties of two so that rates remain competitive with B and B.

Availability on arrival is from 3 pm.
Departure is required by 10 am to ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is provided
Guests are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy state
Bookings require 1/3 deposit with remainder being paid 8 weeks prior to booked period
