Short breaks are bookable in advance and charged at 2/3 weekly rate.
Recognising that not everyone wants to bring all the family and sensing
there are those want in a break away from things, we are testing an offer
of a further 25% discount on the short break price.
While this offer only applies for out of season parties of two it does
mean that our rates are competitive with B&B - but you get a self contained apartment with fabulous views.
If we have space we’d prefer to sell it.
If there a gap that’s not booked and available with 7 days notice we’ll discount it by 25%
